SCHEDULE

The gym is always open for private training between 05:00 and 23:00. At Meckbach Training you have free access to the gym outside of class times, so you can train when it suits you.

 

Weekly schedule for group training

Monday

11.30 - 12.15 - Leg strength followed by a crossfit WOD

18.00-19.30 - Leg workout followed by a crossfit workout

 
Tisdag

11.30.12.15 - High-intensity training

18.00-19.00 - High-intensity training with elements from gymnastics

Onsdag

18.00-19.30 - Olympiska lyft

Torsdag

11.30-12.15 - Upper body/ followed by a High Intensity workout

18.00-19.00 - High-intensity training with high heart rate training

Fredag

11.30-12.15 - Team session - high-intensity training

Lördag

09.30-10.30 - Team workout - high -intensity training
